At ATM Terminal Global Academy, our products are digital educational materials delivered electronically and made available for immediate access.
Digital Products — All Sales Final
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all sales are final once the digital product has been delivered, accessed, or made available for download.
Once access to an e-book, study guide, practice exam, error-code guide, bundle, or other downloadable material has been provided, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.
This policy exists because digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been delivered or downloaded.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and understand that access may be provided immediately after payment.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, please contact us. We will review verified duplicate transactions individually.
Technical Delivery Problems
If you successfully complete a purchase but experience a problem accessing or downloading your product, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide the purchased digital material.
A technical delivery problem does not automatically qualify for a refund when the purchased product can be successfully provided.
Unauthorized Payment or Fraud
If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, contact us promptly. Payment disputes may also be subject to the procedures of the applicable payment provider.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
